Roberto Razo Jr., originally from Brownsville, TX—a border town in the heart of “The Valley”—grew up in a tight-knit community where family values and teamwork were fundamental. Early experiences working with various temporary staffing agencies taught him the importance of the right fit between individuals and organizations. Roberto quickly realized that even the best product or talent cannot reach its full potential without the right positioning and opportunities.
These lessons shaped his approach to building high-performing teams: teams that, like himself, thrive when placed in environments that foster success. Today, Roberto applies this philosophy across Texas, building teams that understand and align with the perspectives of both clients and employees, creating a dynamic where excellence is not just a goal but a shared achievement.
